The heat water spell heats up to 30 gallons of non-magical water or other water based liquid. The liquid MUST be within a container of some sort. The liquid can be splashed on an opponent for damage, but a save versus breath weapon is allowed to avoid damage. Damage depends on temperature of liquid.
